MISSIONS: STATEMENT As a freerider and ski and snowboard instructor, I discovered the ABS avalanche airbag in 2000. Since my friends and I frequently enjoy riding off piste, we have always given a lot of thought to safety and avalanches. The avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe have always been part of our standard equipment. However, our goal was to keep ourselves from being buried. After careful consideration, we purchased several ABS avalanche backpacks at once. For personal reason, I moved from Stuttgart to Munich in 2009 and due to my sports management degree, I applied for a job at the company ABS Peter Aschauer GmbH. I have been working at ABS for over two years now and have turned my hobby into my career. |
